Our Story
Hello Hello is a Hi-Dive bar in Chelsea where elevated cocktails meet the ease of a classic dive. By day, it serves as a neighborhood café offering coffee, light bites, and cocktails from morning to last call.
Built on the open, inclusive spirit of New York City, Hello Hello brings people together through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and just the right amount of irreverence. Whoever you are, you’re welcome here.
Designed by New York’s renowned West Chin Architects, the space blends dive bar nostalgia with thoughtful details—think neon signage, a wall of speakers, and plenty of character.
The “hi” comes through in our cocktail program. One of the few bars in New York connected to a working distillery, Silent Alibi, we have access to unique equipment and house-made spirits that allow us to push creative boundaries.
Led by Luis Hernandez, our bar team reimagines classic cocktails with culinary technique and unique ingredients, from avocado pit–infused vermouth to caviar-topped espresso martinis. The food menu features bold takes on elevated bar fare, including a signature hot dog lineup.
The space evolves seamlessly from day to night, with a rotating DJ lineup and an energy that makes you want to stay a little longer.
